1. EMI is available on credit cards from all major banks (Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, SBI, Kotak Bank, RBL, HSBC, Standard Chartered).
.2 EMI is applicable for all the orders with no Minimum or Maximum value.
3. For Number of Months, EMI option is available that completely based on Issuing Bank.

By availing the EMI offer you are agreeing to following terms and conditions:-

1. For any return or cancellations, if you have opted for 0% EMI and while initiating the refund, team will deduct the Interest Part i.e. 0% EMI amount if same has been already given to you and rest of the amount will be refunded back to you.
2. For any return or cancellations, if you have not opted for 0% EMI from us and while initiating the refund, team will only refund the amount you have paid to us not any interest part paid to the bank.
3. You agree that if you are unable to make timely payments of EMI, there may be additional interests which may be levied by the banks, and you shall be responsible for those additional interests.
.4 Shinysleep will not charge any processing fees for availing the EMI offer. Shinysleep have no obligations or liability in the event the bank refuses to process the transactions for any reason at the time of purchasing.
5. You agree that you will need to pay applicable EMI and interest on the total value of the order at the time of payment to the bank, in accordance with the terms applicable to your credit card or debit card through which transaction is undertaken. In case you opt for 0% EMI we will pay you according to 0% EMI T&C on our website.
6. Shinysleep has right to modify or cancel these terms and conditions at any time with no further notice.
7. You may be charged GST or other applicable taxes by your bank for the transactions by the credit card issued by the relevant bank.

Smart and Free Shipping:

• Free Shipping across all locations in country.
• All mattresses from Shinysleep are delivered either on the same or next working day across all locations in Delhi/NCR. In the unforeseen event of a delay, we will intimate you by phone or email.
• For rest of the locations delivery may takes 7-10 business days.
• We deliver all the mattresses through our own devoted transport.
• For all the deliveries in high rise apartments, please make sure that there is a service elevator access to your location.

Return and Refunds

• We appreciate your business with us and this is why we make sure to keep you happy and satisfied always.
• If you receive an unsatisfactory response in terms of product purchased or a service, we’re happy to help.

1. Use of internal access controls so that only a limited no of personnel’s have access to your information.

Mattress Return

• A mattress could be returned within 111 calendar nights based on T&C available for 111 Nights risk free trial policies.
• Return of the product due to wrong size will not be entertained in any case.

To return your product you need to email Shinysleep at info@shinysleep.com within those 5 days to arrange for a pick-up in return of your request.

To be eligible for returns, following conditions must be satisfied:-

• The item should be in the same condition as received by the customer. It should be unused, with all tags and the guarantee card.
• There will not be any refund in case the Mattress is having strains or tampering or any kind of damage.
• The original packaging should be intact.
• The original receipt or proof of purchase needs to be supplemented along with the product.

Refund Mode and Duration

• A notification will be sent to you as soon as we receive your item purchased. If the defect found is genuine, you will be
  notified for the same informing you about the status of refund after the complete genuine inspection within 3 to 5 days.
• The moment your return is approved, refund is initiated at our end into your credit card from which the actual purchase was made. Generally, it takes 7-10 business days to receive the refund amount, provided the card issuer’s policies remain stable.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your order then do it before shipping. Any order cancelled after shipping will not come in return policy and no refunds will be given by the company.

Pillows and Protector

If you want to cancel your order then there is no cancellation only warranty is available.
